What that includes...
-Rental of Party Space for 2 hours
-Cups of ice cream for 15 children (or 8 adults)
-A Woodside Creamery Staff member to scoop your ice cream as well as help you host your party. They can assist with set-up, break-down and anything else you may need.
-Additional ice cream desited will be added to your total at $3 per child or $4 per adult.
THE SPACE: Seperated from general customer seating by a stone wall and gates, the area will comfortable hold 75 people.
-The Area is approx. 65 x 45 ft
-The party tent within the area is approx. 40 x 20 ft
...Includes picnic tables, benches and fold out tables if needed.
*We do not provide and form of entertainment or tours of the farm. You are more than welcome to bring decorations, games, or any entertainment that you like! We only ask that you let us know if you have an entertainer or caterer coming so we can make any special arrangements for accomodating them.
*We schedule the party area on a first come, first serve basis all throughout our season. Please call for availability and scheduling.
*We do require a $75 deposit 2 weeks prior to the date of your party. This will hold the space & time you've requested. (Deposit will be returned to you in the event of a proper cancellation due to weather).
